The Dalton Little Theatre is excited to announce that we will be screening “Thug Brotha’s:” a film written and directed by Shannon Terry, followed by a talk-back with Shannon, moderated by Jeff Burr.
“Thug Brotha’s” tells the story of Player and Sad Girl: two young lovers who were born across a cultural divide that seams too deep to be crossed. As they try to find a way to be together, they set their two worlds on an inevitable collision course.
“Thug Brothas,” which premired at the Northwest Georgia Trade and Convention Centre last summer (2017), was set, shot, and cast in Dalton, GA and is a testament to it’s director, cast, crew, and community, which brought it to life.
This screening is open to the public and will be free of charge. We encourage all of those interested in independent film making and local film to attend the screening and the post-screening talk-back.
Reservation may be made via the Dalton Little Theatre website: http://www.daltonlittletheatre.com/
The screening will begin at 7:30 PM with the house opening at 7:00 PM. Concessions will be available for purchase, before the screening.
Please note: “Thug Brotha’s” contains strong adult language and adult situations.
