Do you want to jump back into a new sport or exercise routine but scared of getting hurt or aggravating an existing injury? In this class we will discuss weekend warrior injuries and how to manage them. Fortunately, some injuries can be prevented with adequate preparation and a sprinkle of caution. Our Sports Medicine team will teach you how to prevent and treat common injuries such as: ankle sprains, shoulder injuries, shin splints, tendonitis of the knee, and tennis elbow. At the end of the class, you will be ready to tackle any form of exercise while enjoying the soreness of growing muscle without pain from injury.
