The Northwest Georgia Fellowship of Christian Athletes is excited to announce that Murray County native Coach Billy Napier will be our guest speaker for our annual Home Team Banquet on Tuesday, February 8 at 6:30PM at the Dalton Convention Center in Dalton, GA. Napier was a standout quarterback for Murray County High School, where he graduated from in 1997. He played for his father, the legendary Coach Bill Napier. After earning all state honors his senior year he accepted a scholarship to play football at Furman University, where he was a four time letterman. During his coaching tenure he has served as an assistant coach at Clemson, South Carolina State, Alabama, Colorado State, and Arizona State before becoming the head football coach for the University of Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns in 2018. He was recently named the new head football coach for the University of Florida!
