The Creative Arts Guild will host a Gallery Opening and Artist Reception on Friday, March 4th from 5:30 to 7:30pm at 520 West Waugh Street in Dalton.
March is Arts in Education Month at the Creative Arts Guild and the Guild’s 59th Annual Student Arts Expo is a big part of the celebration. All public, private, and home school students in Dalton/Whitfield County and Murray County are invited to exhibit. The Guild will also be awarding the Bernice Spigel Prize for Excellence in the Visual Arts to a High School Senior from Dalton/Whitfield or Murray County. Performances from students of the the Creative Arts Guild Dance Department and Music Department will also be featured.
