Creative Arts Guild
Biography
Founded in 1963, the Creative Arts Guild is the oldest community arts organization in Georgia and the only multidisciplinary facility in northwest Georgia. The purpose of the Creative Arts Guild is to build and maintain an environment supportive of the arts in northwest Georgia through education and promotion; to create new audiences for the arts; to develop intra-community relations and to support artists and provide our residents with the opportunity for creative and cultural experiences.

First Fridays
The Creative Arts Guild hosts First Friday Exhibits during summer months. The exhibits are at the Guild’s facility at 520 West Waugh Street in Dalton. Visitors are welcome anytime during regular business hours and there is no charge to view them.
