The Chestnut Mountain Shooting Range, located in southwest Whitfield County, is off Georgia Highway 136 on Forest Service road 212. There are five ranges up to 100 yards and is open to pistols and rifles. The range is part of the Johns Mountain WMA and costs $5.00 to use.
