The Buckner Brothers, who’s June 22nd Concert was rained out, are BACK and ready to rock Burr Park this Friday night, July 27th, at 7:30PM. The Buckner Brothers will be joined by the band, Noctem, featuring Cris Bravo and friends. Noctem will open for the Buckner Brothers.

 

The Buckner Brother’s Band is a local Blues/Southern Rock band comprised of John Buckner, Max Buckner, Moose Hall, Scott West, and Carle Vickers.
Founding member of the Buckner Brother’s Band, John Buckner, is a local legend in his own right. Working on the Nashville Music scene and touring through the years, John has found himself playing alongside artists like Greg Allman, Ray Stevens, Jerry Lee Lewis, T Graham Brown, James Otto, Lee Greenwood, Loretta Lynn, and Ronnie Millsap. John has also had two top 100 hits in Billboard magazine.

Get to the Music Series early, and help your local Daltonian citizens clean up the Downtown area. Turn-Up Clean-Up is back and will be walking through Downtown Dalton picking up trash in an effort to keep our Downtown area, beautiful. The Turn-Up Clean-up crew will then come back to Burr Park for the concert, and then clean up Burr Park afterwards. This is a GREAT chance to help your local community. Turn-Up, Clean-Up starts at 6PM and is a great way to help your local community. 

Last Friday nights concert was well attended, and the DDDA actually ran out of beer. But fear not, this Friday night we have it covered. The DDDA will be selling several brands of beer, as well as wine. Bottled water will also be on sale for $1.00. 

If you’re visiting Dalton this Friday night, and are staying at one of our areas several hotels, the Dalton Convention & Visitors Bureau has FREE trolley rides available to and from the Downtown Dalton Summer Music Series.
