Founded in 1987, DOC-UP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to helping residents of Whitfield County who need temporary financial assistance. Our volunteers donate more than 1800 hours each year to the care of local people. By sending payments directly to landlords and utility companies we help hundreds of households each year while maintaining records to avoid duplication and dependence. We stand in the gap when an unexpected bill threatens health and housing for those around us.
