The Creative Arts Guild will host a guitar workshop with Muriel Anderson on Saturday, February 27th from 7 to 9pm. Muriel is the first woman to have won the National Fingerstyle Guitar Championship and learned from legendary musicians Chet Atkins, Les Paul and Christopher Parkening. The workshop is open to guitarists of all levels, and will cover technique, arranging, interpretation on both guitar and harp-guitar. The workshop will be offered in person at 520 West Waugh Street in Dalton, and by Zoom link. Those attending in person are required to wear a mask and have their temperature taken. Cost is $25.
