The Creative Arts Guild will host a Culinary Arts Class, titled “College Survival Cooking”, on Monday, July 8th from 6 to 8:30pm at 520 West Waugh Street in Dalton. Chef Jasa Joseph will demonstrate some easy ways to prepare meals in a dorm “kitchen”, using minimal cooking utensils and ingredients. Cost is $50 per person and is open for anyone ages 16 and up.
