Please join us for “The Art of Mindful Movement” workshop Saturday, February 10 from 9-11:30 a.m. Join professionals from the Creative Arts Guild and Yoga by Cindy for a morning of movement. We’ll stretch into some classical ballet and yoga poses and learn how movement is connected with overall mind and body health. No previous dance or yoga experience is required. This morning is designed for relaxed participation with a focus on the mindfulness of how our bodies move. Wear comfortable clothes. (Designed for ages 15 and up.)
