Dalton Distillery was opened in 2015 by Chuck Butler and Master Distiller, Raymond Butler. The 100-year-old family recipe moonshine, called Raymond’s Reserve, is a staple of Northwest Georgia spirits.

The Dalton Distillery recently launched its latest product, TazaRay, a sunflower seed distilled bourbon. The Dalton Distillery only uses locally grown Georgia sunflower seeds. TazaRay is a gluten-free spirit and sold at the Distillery and numerous liqueur stores and bars in Georgia and Tennessee.

The Dalton Distillery is open for public tours Monday through Saturday 10am until 5pm. Please call ahead for tours. The Distillery routinely offers bourbon samples. Check out their Facebook page for more information.
